MHR - Coaching with passion
Managing HR since 2010
MHR - managing human resource was founded in 2010 by Robert Klein. With the beginning of MHR, the experience and expertise from the field of aviation was consistently expanded. Especially the transfer into the business world and the high reliability organizations was the main focus in the last years. The training as a CRM trainer (CRMI) was certified by the German Federal Aviation Authority and the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
Our Team
Dr. (psych.) Jürgen Brandl has dealt intensively with the topic of crisis communication in his doctoral thesis and brings with him a wealth of experience from the Munich Police Headquarters.
As an emergency physician, mountain rescue physician and pediatrician, Dr. med Johannes Büttner is a perfect fit for our team and we are always happy when he brings in his ideas and experience from (emergency) medicine and adds another valuable aspect to the trainings.
