One-of-a-Kind Human-Behavior-Performance Based Program
Explore our crew resource management system that organizes collective protection against hazards and errors. MHR philosophy is based on the fact that it is human nature to make mistakes, regardless of professional experience. We aim to provide organizational development and optimize crew members’ behavior and interaction in the flight deck to prevent, recognize, and overcome errors or mitigate their consequences.
1st international launch
Starting January '21 we were able to support the first major international business customer with a tailor-made "decision-making under uncertainty" workshop for their team development.
Control Center Salzgitter
Big thank you to the colleagues from Nürnberg Fire Department who recommended us and we are allowed to train another control center outside of Bavaria with the Salzgitter control center.
Virtual Workshops
In the meantime, we have been able to successfully transfer the success of our face-to-face training to online live workshops, due to the well known pandemic restrictions.

DLRG Schulung in Bad Tölz
True to our motto "see more" we are proud be the chosen multipliers for the "helicopter-assisted water rescue " from Wasserwacht and DLRG in the mountain rescue center in Bad Tölz providing Human Factors Training for their HEMS and paramedics. A big block on the two days was the development of pre-deployment and deployment debriefing checklists and methods. We say thank you for two successful days!

Control Center Hoyerswerda
The long journey to Hoyerswerda was definitely worth it and we were able to train crew resource management basics with the IRLS Ostsachsen for two successful days. Many thanks to the colleagues at IRLS OSN.
PTL Landshut
In cooperation with TR Management we were able to carry out a CRM recurrent training for a flight school in Landshut after a long time. MHR also learned how a MedEvac equipment is built into a KingAir 200. Thank you for the great training!
Control Center Passau
The ambitious plan of the Integrated Control Center Passau works perfectly and we can train over 30 ILS employees on 6 days (3x2) on the human factors basics. The very good feedback from the participants confirms that human factors are also used in a control center.
University Hospital
Building on the DGN lecture, Dr. Pfeilschifter invited us to a follow-up event in Frankfurt. Our Human Factors training approach arouses the interest of the medical participants and meets with broad interest.
STREAM Research project
The MHR team attends the trainer training courses from TR Management and Eurofly. Thank you Jörn for the great input.
A collaboration within the framework of the STREAM study (Simulation-based Training of Rapid Evaluation and Management for Acute Stroke Trial; Dr. Waltraud Pfeilschifter) is agreed and we can support with our expertise in the field of human factors.

Commisioning New Control Center @ Munich Fire Department
The commissioning of the new integrated control center of the BF Munich is supported by MHR with debriefing workshops. During the first two days we support the NoTechs on site through supervision and support the debriefing sessions (every 3 hours) with large-format debriefing boards.
